Erica Kooymans began her professional dancing career in 2002 as a member of Athens, Georgia premier jazz dance company, Dancefix. Her interests traveled into ballroom dancing the ensuing year as she became  a member of the University of Georgia’s Ballroom Performance Group.

Erica began dancing with Fred Astaire Dance Studios in 2004. As a professional competitor, she has placed as a finalist in the Novice and Mixed Novice categories at the Carolina Challenge and Cross Country Dancesport Championships. Christopher Busbin has been a professional ballroom dance instructor since 2002. His accomplishments as an instructor include a Regional “Freddy” Award nomination as well as a National Certification by the Fred Astaire National Dance Board. As a competitive ballroom dancer, he has danced Pro-Am with his students both regionally and nationally.

For the 9 years preceding, Denise served as Vice President, Installations putting her at the helm where product conversions, for new customers, and modular implementations were concerned. Jacqueline Sanchez began her career at Fred Astaire Dance Studios in 1994. Jacqueline is a two-time consecutive regional Smooth Champion and has earned numerous merits and honors, including two coveted Gold Top Teacher “Freddy” Awards and two Silver “Freddy” Awards.

Kathleen Ladner joined the U.S. Navy in 1968 to become a nurse. She remained a Navy nurse until 1973, serving in all leadership capacities from charge nurse, nurse manager, nurse director and retiring with the rank of commander. Dr. Ladner currently serves as vice president of patient care services at Baptist Princeton in Birmingham. She began her leadership within the Baptist Health System at Baptist Princeton Hospital as vice president of patient care services in 1991 and in 1994 was asked to serve as senior vice president of patient care services at both Baptist Princeton and Baptist Montclair hospitals.

In 1998, as the two hospitals were re-organized to return to separate management staffs, Dr. Ladner retained her Baptist Princeton responsibilities and also served as the head of the Baptist Health System’s Patient Care Council, the advisory council composed of vice presidents of patient care services from all 10 of the Baptist Health System’s hospitals.
