Donna Sisson is a successful senior executive with extensive education and experience in the business world as well as the world of human growth, development, and purposeful change. She has 20 plus years’ experience in finance, accounting, and human resources. Her areas of focus have included planning, financial modeling, project management, staff development, and coaching.

A graduate of UC Berkeley Business School with fields of emphasis in Finance, Marketing, and Accounting, Donna is also a Certified Public Accountant. Most recently, she earned a Masters Degree in Education with an emphasis in Counseling and Guidance from the University of Montevallo. Professional memberships include the Society for Human Resource Management, International Coach Federation, Alabama Counseling Association, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Nonprofit Resource Center of Alabama, and Birmingham Chamber of Commerce.

Donna’s long-standing interest and involvement in giving back to community have led her to become involved in many non-profit organizations. A recent example is her internship at SafeHouse domestic violence agency, where she provided individual and group counseling as well as program development services. Donna also served for two years in the Big Brothers, Big Sisters program and a year in the University of Alabama at Birmingham Hospice program. She is a Certified Rape Response Advocate, Certified Domestic Violence Advocate, and founder of Travel With Heart, a fund raising program in support of non-profit organizations.
