Jennifer joined the firm in 2003 after practicing in New York. Jennifer represents clients in a number of industries in connection with securities, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and other general corporate matters. She also represents public companies in connection with their Exchange Act reporting requirements and stock exchange matters. In addition, she has extensive experience representing financial institutions and corporate trust departments of financial institutions in debt and equity financing transactions, distressed-debt trade transactions, indenture work and agency arrangements such as rights agent for poison pills.
Jennifer is admitted to practice in Alabama, New York and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Jennifer speaks Korean.
