As Executive Vice President since July 2005, Denise Taylor ensures a smooth relationship between EPL Client and support touchpoints such as the Call Center, Product Support, Network Services, Education and Implementations. For the 9 years preceding, Denise served as Vice President, Installations putting her at the helm where product conversions, for new customers, and modular implementations were concerned. Denise’s move to Installations was natural as she had worked with clients on the installations of the product she helped to develop as Senior Software Developer for EPL from 1990-1996.
Prior to joining EPL, Denise worked for DataCenter Systems as a Software Developer and Customer Support Representative from 1982 to 1990. She earned her Marketing/Business Degree from the University of Mississippi.
